I was able to do the 1st week this week and feeling GREAT!!! Weighed in and lost 6 Pounds!! BRING ON THE NEXT FEW WEEKS...starting the nutrition and workout program with Max, and looking forward to our makeover! This Spring and Summer is coming quickly!!!

I keep catching myself on YouTube and looking up ways to better myself in nutrition, body and other...and am glad I have made this change in my life...Looking forward to the workout part of this makeover! I'm really enjoying this!! My belt has dropped 3 holes...and my pants that I bought a couple of weeks ago that were tight are now in need of a belt at all times!! LOL!! The past 2 weeks have been great...been eating great and doing these DWL Protein Shakes and seeing and feeling a difference in my body, my abdominal area and my face!!! My skin even looks and feels better!!! I know...sounds weird!! 
 

FRIDAY, JAN. 25TH— DAY 11

Just gonna' say this...This week is definitely a lot easier than the first week...not that the first week was hard...it's just that it has become more familiar and more of a habbit!! Looking forward to Tuesday!
 

WEDNESDAY, JAN. 23RD— DAY 9

Okay, so I weighed in yesterday at 180 pounds (Lost 12 Pounds in One Week) and am feeling GREAT about myself and feel that I am accomplishing what I have strived to reach out for...and that is leaning out and getting rid of this unwanted FAT!! I am eating and doing my protein shakes as directed everyday!! I am looking forward to starting the WORKOUT part of this MAXIMUM MAKEOVER next week!!! But for now, I am just eating better, taking my vitamins and enjoying my protein shakes!! --->> and did I mention losing weight FAST!!!

Today was extremely easy, and haven't had ANY hunger feelings. This past week has been probably one of my most productive weeks in a very long time!!

BRING on Spring time, Boat & Pool Parties...CAN'T WAIT!!!

ALL I CAN THINK ABOUT IS WEIGHING IN TOMORROW ON THE SHOW!!! Make sure you tune in and hear the results...I will be taking an updated picture on the scale...WISH ME LUCK...and I also want to give a SHOUT OUT to my friend Chip who has started the diet with us yesterday...keep it up buddy!!! If I can do this...ANYONE CAN!!! Hoping to have lost 6 pounds or more...keeping fingers crossed!!!

The Atlanta Falcons lost today...really bummed!! ;) 

I started my day off with my shake and 2 hard boiled eggs...had a hard time getting second egg down...just already felt full after shake and first egg...but, I know my body needs the nutrition...so I continued through! :)

Felt a little hungry tonight before bed, but did my shake...and feel good!!

Still kicking butt at the program!! I have been sooooo productive and have had so much energy...I now know that OVEREATING will definitely make you more tired...eating like this makes me feel great!! BRING ON SUNDAY!!

Dropped a belt loop today!! :)  Starting to really see the weight coming off!! Curious how much weight I have lost...Hoping to have lost at least 6 pounds by Tuesday!!
 
THURSDAY, JAN. 17TH — DAY 3

Woke up this morning and did my shake and 2 hard boiled eggs...and noticed that I was already full from the shake. The eggs were hard to get down, but I know that my body needs them! Took my vitamins that DWL supplied me and I was off for the day! Been running around town all day and to be all honest...I have been more productive in the past 2 days than I have been in a VERY long time! My brain is working faster than ever, and my energy level is amazing! Haven't had any hunger cravings during day, but felt a little hungry at night before I went to bed...but, once I did my shake, I felt great! I love the chocolate shakes at night!

Also want to give a big shout out to "George Foreman" for his amazing grill, LOL!! I have been cooking my chicken breast on this thing, and it only takes 3 minutes! Talk about a time saver! Not to mention the shakes only take about 1 minute to make (8oz of cold water, pour in pre-packaged protein powder, and close and shake). It's SO EASY!!

Already on DAY 3, and people are already making comments that they are seeing a difference in my face! So excited...I can tell this is gonna' be an amazing weigh in next Tuesday!! CANT WAIT!!!

Also, talked to 3 friends that have setup appointments and are gonna' start the program this week!! And spoke to another friend today, and she told me that she did the program last year because she heard of it through Josh and myself, and she wanted to THANK me for changing her life and she loves her new self!!! VERY EXCITING!!

 

WEDNESDAY, JAN. 16TH — DAY 2

Its been hard changing my usual routine that I have had. Day to day I was always on the run and having to grab food that was convenient and normally bad for me.

The great thing about this is that I actually have more energy now than I did before this plan and not only that, I have MORE energy, I have so much more time to complete things with not stopping to eat constantly and just sticking with my shakes.

It's so crazy to think how much time and $$$$ I have spent on food on a daily and weekly basis!

Josh 'Rocky' Garrett & Maximus Smith of ARMADAFM are both taking the next step to the Maximum Makeover presented by Dramatic Weight Loss!


5, 4, 3, 2, 1...HAPPY NEW YEAR!  Well, like most people at the beginning of the year, we all set resolutions and/or goals that we would like to achieve. My BIGGEST goal this year is to shed some unwanted fat around my mid-section, create more lean muscle mass and a healthier lifestyle. That is where Dramatic Weight Loss (DWL) came to the picture! Over 3 years ago I noticed that I was gaining more weight and feeling really out of shape. I reached out to DWL and Scott Cameron to help guide me through the steps that I would need to shed this unwanted fat. After finding out that it was safe, affordable and easy... I jumped on the wagon and went full force. I weighed in at 205 pounds and after 4 weeks of this great diet I went down to 163 pounds!!  I had never been happier and/or had more energy in my life!

Which brings me to over 3 years later. I have been devoted to my career and have 80 hour work weeks. It's been tough getting into the gym and/or even finding the motivation. I once again called on Scott Cameron of DWL to point me in the right direction.

As of
Tuesday, January 15th, 2013 - Josh (my business partner) and myself are going to cheer each other on, while we document our dramatic weight loss and our workouts weekly for the next 6 weeks. We both are very excited about this program and the weight training that will follow. We are looking to really lean out as much as possible before Memorial Day Weekend in San Destin (our annual adult spring break). THIS IS OUR GOAL!
